About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Administrator to support our sales team with administrative tasks and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order management and administration, with experience in Microsoft Excel and data input.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales administration support to our clients, including order management and customer queries.
  • Communicate open orders and delivery times to customers and the sales team.
  • Process and confirm purchase orders, including changes to price, availability, and end-of-life products.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate reporting and progress tracking.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales support or sales administration.
  • Strong order management and administration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data input.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
