About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, communicating with customers and the sales team, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and confirm purchase orders, including changes to price, availability, and end of life products
  • Communicate open orders and delivery times to customers and the sales team
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress
Requirements

We are looking for a friendly and highly organized individual with a strong background in customer service and order management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or sales administration role
  • Strong order management and administration skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data input
