Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and provide information to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Mail and Package Management: Sort and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate personnel.
- Transportation Booking: Book transportation for clients and staff as needed.
- PA Support: Provide PA support to the management team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Requirements:
