Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support and handle calls from patients, carers, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality referral services
- Appointment scheduling and managing clinic operations efficiently
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- Good standard of education
- Previous office and administration experience
- Knowledge of Rio, System1, EMIS, and Microsoft Office is a plus
