Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at a stunning hotel in the Lake District. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in running the dedicated pastry kitchen, creating high-quality desserts and pastries for our fine dining restaurant, afternoon teas, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality desserts and pastries for our guests
  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in menu planning and development
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fresh food led kitchen
  • Experience working on a pastry section in a similar level of kitchen
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for your craft
  • The desire to learn from a very well respected Head Pastry Chef
