Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at a stunning hotel in the Lake District. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in running the dedicated pastry kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and cakes for our fine dining restaurant, afternoon tea service, and room service.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high standards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, ensuring innovative and delicious options for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 rosette standard experience in a similar kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for pastry craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Desire to learn from a well-respected Head Pastry Chef.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £30,000.
  • 48 hour working week, 5 days over 7.
  • Paid overtime.
