About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Royal Oak. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a section within the kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients and maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety.
  • Use your creative flair to produce high-quality food from scratch, adhering to our recipes and guidelines.
  • Support other team members across the kitchen, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Control the order and storage of food supplies, ensuring efficient inventory management.
