Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor with various administrative duties, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide support to both colleagues and clients, maintaining a high level of service.
  • Facilitate effective communication between external customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations of the scheduling system.
  • Offer constructive feedback to management regarding operational processes.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers, technicians, and management.
  • Help manage inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety regulations consistently.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by Service Centre Management.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and planning skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach to work.
  • Self-driven and proactive in taking initiative.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with the possibility of occasional weekend shifts.
