Railway Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Night Team Leader to join our team at Southeastern Railway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a highly effective and motivated team who are dedicated to the reduction of crime, anti-social behaviour and fare evasion to ensure the security of our railway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of railway staff to ensure the security of our trains and stations
- Conduct high visibility patrols on our trains and at our stations to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour
- Work in partnership with other departments and outside agencies to achieve our security objectives
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities
- Develop and implement effective security strategies and procedures to prevent crime and anti-social behaviour
Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team in a security or enforcement environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends, bank holidays and nights
