**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Night Team Leader to join our team at Southeastern. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a highly effective and motivated team who are dedicated to the reduction of crime, anti-social behaviour, and fare evasion to ensure the security of our railway.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct high visibility patrols on our trains, at our stations, and work in partnership with other departments and outside agencies.
- Lead and direct a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our passengers and staff.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour on our network.
- Work closely with other departments, including customer services and operations, to ensure a seamless and secure passenger experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of incidents and security-related issues.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as the British Transport Police, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a security or law enforcement environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
