We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Team Leader to join our Night Shift team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of security professionals to ensure the safety and security of our railway network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of security professionals to achieve high visibility patrols on trains and at stations.
- Work in partnership with other departments and outside agencies to ensure effective security measures are in place.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their objectives.
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to reduce crime and anti-social behavior.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a security or law enforcement environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and other software applications.
