Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of enforcement officers to ensure the security and compliance of our railway operations
- Conduct high-visibility patrols on trains and at stations to detect and prevent crime and anti-social behaviour
- Work in partnership with other departments and external agencies to ensure effective enforcement and compliance
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour on our railway
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Monitor and report on team performance and provide feedback to team members
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team
- Previous experience of working in an enforcement environment and dealing with conflict
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Ability to travel to different locations, including stations and trains
