We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Margate. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with complex disabilities to live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals/groups/teams within the home, center, and community.
- Provide a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
- Deliver services that meet or exceed organizational expectations and standards.
- A full UK driving license and willingness/ability to drive our vehicles.
- Experience of using British Sign Language (BSL) or having a BSL or Makaton qualification is desirable.
- You will need to be a good role model and have experience of mentoring and inducting staff, supporting staff through supervisions, and creating development plans.
- Previous experience as a support worker or team leader in a similar setting is essential.
