We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Night Team Leader to join our team at Thecarpsociety. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing a highly effective and motivated team who are dedicated to the reduction of crime, anti-social behaviour, and fare evasion to ensure the security of our railway.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of security personnel to conduct high visibility patrols on our trains, at our stations, and work in partnership with other departments and outside agencies.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour on our railway.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and secure service for our passengers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Previous experience of leading and managing a team in a security or enforcement environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Previous experience of working in an environment with a high level of customer contact and conflict resolution.
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
