**Job Summary**

Deichmann is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Ipswich. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving business growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations to improve sales performance based on data analysis and customer insights.
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising, administration, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Highly numerate with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and can-do approach.
