About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance Team in our South/South London Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out pre and post-inspections, creating reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and create detailed reports for repairs and maintenance work
  • Manage the performance and progress of our repairs service, ensuring quality works are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with our customers to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and ensure their needs are met
  • Work closely with our repair providers to ensure they meet our customer standards and provide value for money
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in a property-related discipline, such as a HNC in Surveying or a degree-level qualification
  • Membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
