About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance Team in our South/South London Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out pre and post-inspections, creating reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre and post-inspections to ensure quality works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Create reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
  • Manage the performance and progress of our repairs service, ensuring that quality works are delivered on time, with minimal defects, to a regional budget, and all within relevant statutory regulations and compliance.
  • Be the face of Clarion for our customers, delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

We are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor who holds a recognised qualification in a property related discipline, such as a HNC in Surveying, or a degree level qualification. You should also be a member of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB.
