About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance Team in our South/South London Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out pre and post-inspections, creating reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections and create detailed reports for repairs and maintenance work
  • Manage the performance and progress of our repairs service, ensuring quality works are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with our customers to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations
  • Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance our repairs service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a recognised qualification in a property-related discipline, such as a HNC in Surveying or a degree-level qualification. You will also be a member of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners. You will be a team player, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
