Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. As a key member of our Repairs & Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality repair services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections of repair work to ensure quality and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage the performance and progress of our repairs service, ensuring timely delivery and minimal defects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Repairs & Maintenance Team to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Recognized qualification in a property-related discipline, such as a HNC in Surveying or a degree-level qualification.
- Membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel requirements.
