At Clarion Housing Group, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for carrying out pre- and post-inspections, creating reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in a property-related discipline, such as a HNC in Surveying, or a degree-level qualification. You'll also be a member of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB.

As a Maintenance Surveyor, you'll be the face of Clarion for our customers, delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You'll manage the performance and progress of our repairs service, ensuring that quality works are delivered on time, with minimal defects, to a regional budget, and all within relevant statutory regulations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out pre- and post-inspections for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs
  • Create reports for repairs and maintenance activities
  • Manage the performance and progress of our repairs service
  • Ensure quality works are delivered on time, with minimal defects, to a regional budget
  • Comply with relevant statutory regulations and compliance

Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification in a property-related discipline, such as a HNC in Surveying, or a degree-level qualification
  • Member of a relevant professional body, such as RICS or CIOB
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
