About this role

KBR's Estates Intelligence team is seeking a Senior Condition Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive asset surveys, building fabric studies, and space planning to ensure the accurate capture of asset conditions.

Your responsibilities

  1. Conduct fieldwork to survey client estates, focusing on managing a survey program to capture asset conditions, building fabric, and space utilization.
  2. Record-keep site visits, manage building plans, and utilize KyKloud software for data input.
  3. Provide advice on asset renewal, attend project meetings, and update systems for accurate client reports.

Requirements

  1. Extensive experience in comprehensive asset surveys, building fabric studies, and space planning.
  2. Accurate reporting of M&E asset and building fabric conditions, with knowledge of asset maintenance requirements and the broader built environment.
  3. Proficiency in mobile data capture and reporting tools, including iPad apps and systems.
  4. Commercial and government asset portfolios experience, with expertise in infrastructure and compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
