Workforce Systems Lead

Venn Group is currently working with an NHS Trust to recruit a Workforce Systems Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the workforce systems team and working closely with the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the workforce and OD department in using technology to drive the integration and improvement of workforce processes and systems.
  • Liaise with system suppliers and attend contract management meetings to ensure effective system implementation.
  • Manage and develop the Senior Systems Analyst to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.
  • Implement recommendations from the HR Systems Review to improve workforce systems.
  • Lead the mapping out of processes and workflows for the system team to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce systems are fit for purpose and future-proof.
  • Lead and deliver HR systems projects as needed, working closely with the wider HR team to understand system challenges.
  • Work with the IT department to resolve system issues and ensure system compatibility.
  • Assess opportunities within the trust to support workforce systems and develop efficiencies through technology.
  • Oversee the maintenance of HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure they support the trust's objectives.
Requirements:
  • HR Systems subject matter expert, specifically ESR.
  • Experience in project management of system deployment with proven delivery of complex projects.
  • Experience of managing an end-to-end implementation of an HR System.
  • Technical and practical experience of implementing HR systems.
