Main Duties

  • Monitor and produce regular reports to HR colleagues in relation to ESR professional registrations.
  • Provide data to managers and HR colleagues to assist with resource management, fixed-term contracts, and sickness absence.
  • Administer the starters and leavers process on the Exchange and ensure its accuracy.
  • Provide first-line support to users and problem diagnosis for all self-service issues.
