Workforce Enablement CMS Lead

International SOS is a leading medical and security services company with a global presence. We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Enablement CMS Lead to oversee our Content Management System (CMS), Salesforce Knowledgebase, and onboarding processes for our operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Taxonomy, and Project Management, as well as experience with Enablement tools and Content Management Systems. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality assets, including Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training materials, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, configuring, and managing Content Management Tools
  • Oversight of content in LMS (360), Salesforce CMS, and Knowledgebase
  • Contribution to the assessment, selection, and ownership of Enablement Tools
  • Knowledge or skills needed to perform the job

Content Management:

  • Overseeing the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure all materials are up-to-date, accessible, organized, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Being a brand ambassador and ensuring assets and communications shared by operations teams align with the latest International SOS brand and messaging standards

Workforce Onboarding:

  • Working closely with Learning & Development Managers to oversee our Learning Management System (LMS) and the onboarding process for new workforce members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to ramp up quickly

Asset Creation:

  • Developing and maintaining a library of high-quality Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training modules to support continuous learning and development
  • Utilizing best practices in Instructional Design & Adult Learning Theory to create interactive and impactful learning experiences

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders, including Quality, Clinical, and non-clinical operations, Digital innovation team, Data analytics, and Business Process Management to identify content needs and ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Practical experience managing Salesforce Content or Salesforce CRM Content libraries
  • Proficiency in creating, curating, and managing high-quality content, including documents, images, and multimedia
  • Experience with integrating content management systems (CMS) with Salesforce as well as integration with an LMS
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, or sales/learning enablement
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools
