International SOS is a global leader in medical and security services, operating across numerous countries. We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Enablement Specialist to join our team.

This role focuses on managing our Content Management System (CMS), Salesforce Knowledgebase, and onboarding processes for our operations teams.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage various content management tools.
  • Maintain and update content within our Learning Management System (LMS) and Salesforce CMS.
  • Oversee the Content Management System to ensure materials are current and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Learning & Development Managers to effectively onboard new workforce members.
  • Develop high-quality Job Aids, FAQs, and engaging training modules.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify content needs and requirements.

About You:

  • You possess a solid understanding of Salesforce and Learning Management Systems.
  • Your background includes experience in instructional design or sales/learning enablement.
  • You are proficient in creating and managing high-quality content.
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • You are skilled in using e-learning authoring tools.
