Media Sales at native.

native.'s media sales team occupies a unique position in the market. We hold exclusive relationships for university campus media inventory across the UK, allowing us to address the 2.86 million student population. We seamlessly manage both local, regional, and national advertising, selling directly to clients and collaborating with agencies and media buying groups. This combination of scale and targeted reach enables brands to make a significant impact on the student market.

Role Overview:

The Sales and Business Development Director - Ad Agencies will spearhead our business growth by cultivating strategic partnerships with advertising agencies. We seek a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and a proven track record in driving revenue. This individual will lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless collaboration with agencies to deliver exceptional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
    Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on securing partnerships with advertising agencies.
  • Agency Relationship Management
    Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at advertising agencies, understanding their needs and aligning native.'s offerings accordingly.
  • New Business Development
    Identify and pursue new agency prospects, leveraging your network and market knowledge to generate leads and secure partnerships.
  • Campaign Management
    Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns that meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Market Analysis & Insights
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the advertising sector.
