About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving our ambition of Ecological Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations to develop a motivated team that constantly meets operational and performance objectives.
  • Manage the frontline collection service and supervise up to 60 employees.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage fleet compliance including daily checks and ensure vehicles are compliant with the Road Transport Directive, Working Time Regulations and Waste Regulations.
  • Manage people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service.
Requirements
  • Strong people management and team leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety in a delivery and waste collection environment.
  • Experience in training staff and delivering toolbox talks, e.g. manual handling trainer.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Waste and/or Fleet management experience.
  • Previous use of digital systems to manage services & people - Desirable.
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience, Transport CPC, COTC/CMS - Desirable.
