Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our service delivery team, ensuring that we consistently meet our operational and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team, developing a motivated team that consistently meets operational and performance objectives.
- Manage the frontline collection service, supervising up to 60 employees and ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to the highest standard.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage fleet compliance, including daily checks and ensuring that all vehicles are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Manage people and assets to deliver efficient and profitable service, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Experience in training staff and delivering toolbox talks, with a focus on manual handling and other relevant topics.
- Driving Licence and previous use of digital systems to manage services and people.
- IOSH Managing Safely/NEBOSH and Level 5 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience, Transport CPC, COTC/CMS.
