The Role

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will work as part of a wider flexible team, covering a geographical area as and when required. The role will involve working across various locations, including West and Central London, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible support to individuals with drug and alcohol issues, working across various locations and services.
  • Work as part of a wider team, covering a geographical area as and when required.
  • Support service delivery for short to medium time periods, providing exceptional support and structured interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality support.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled and experienced Recovery Practitioner with a strong understanding of drug and alcohol issues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, covering a geographical area as and when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and service users.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
