The Role

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will work as part of a wider flexible team, covering a geographical area as and when required. You will provide cover across our services, supporting service delivery for short to medium time periods. The role will involve working across various locations, including West and Central London, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible support to individuals with drug and alcohol issues, working across various locations and services.
  • Work as part of a wider team, covering a geographical area as and when required.
  • Support service delivery for short to medium time periods, providing exceptional support and structured interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality support.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled and experienced Recovery Practitioner with a strong understanding of drug and alcohol issues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, covering a geographical area as and when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and service users.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
