Job Title: Senior Event Manager

MOI Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile, tailored events across multiple cities in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and execution of exclusive events that cater to senior executives, partners, and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Special Programs Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the delivery of special programs across the entire 11-city roadshow, ensuring a consistent vision and premium experience.
  • Stakeholder & VIP Management: Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, managing all communication and ensuring their requirements are integrated into the special programs.
  • Event Design & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of each special program, ensuring the smooth integration of all elements such as agenda design, speaker coordination, and audience engagement.
  • Collaboration with Regional Teams: Work in close partnership with local event managers, production teams, and operations staff to ensure the special programs are aligned with regional capabilities and the overall event structure.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Manage and monitor the budget for all special programs, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of overseeing complex events that require balancing global strategy with local execution across diverse regions.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, particularly with senior executives, partners, and high-profile individuals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide regional execution teams towards successful program delivery.
