Senior Events Manager Opportunity at Raffles London at The OWO

Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Events Manager to join its Sales & Marketing Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for selling and planning high-profile corporate and social events, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring seamless event execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule. Recent experience in event management in a similar role is essential, along with a good understanding of revenue management and guidelines to maximize event profit.

As a Senior Events Manager at Raffles London at The OWO, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients, encourage repeat business, and contribute to projects to strengthen the positioning of the events department. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits, entertaining guests, and accurately forecasting event revenue.
