Role Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Senior Producer who embodies our 'go further' passion. This individual will have varied client experience and a passion for delivering outstanding, creative brand events.

The successful candidate will produce world-class events for globally renowned brands, from concept to on-site delivery and debrief. Organisation and prioritization will be key, and the individual will work closely with clients, directors, and other team members to deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery:
    • Work closely with the agency team to deliver flawless, innovative event solutions in response to client briefs
    • Scope, plot, and budget projects
    • Manage production, strategy, and creative resources
    • Implement client requirements and suggest alternatives when necessary
    • Work cross-functionally with the creative and technical teams to grow ideas and improve processes
    • Take ownership of critical paths and ensure smooth project execution
    • Foresee potential pinch points and suggest solutions
    • Establish strong rapport with all stakeholders
    • Accurately prepare pre-production and onsite documentation
    • Manage supplier relationships and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
    • Record and communicate planning updates to the Project Lead
    • Actively participate in internal and external debriefs
    • Confidently support and advise junior members of the team
    • Share learnings with the team
    • Manage the post-event administrative process
  • Finance:
    • Prepare and manage budgets in multiple currencies
    • Ensure projects are reconciled and information is passed on to Finance for billing
  • Creative and Strategy:
    • Hold great supplier knowledge of bespoke items for furniture, props, set build, styling, and foliage
    • Understand materiality and set design from a budget and timeline perspective
    • Have a deep understanding of the different roles in content, design, and strategy
    • Work with the creative team to generate new ideas and facilitate their development
  • Business Development:
    • Contribute to elements of new business pitches
    • Manage the pitch process for smaller projects
    • Identify and act on opportunities for repeat or new business with existing clients
    • Contribute to new business development, including industry networking and building relationships
