Senior Producer Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Producer to join our team at Bauer Media Group in London.

As a Senior Producer, you will play a key role in shaping the content of our flagship shows, working closely with the Content Director and Deputy Content Director to develop and implement key brand initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality programmes and content for our radio shows
  • Managing studio, talent, and budgets to ensure seamless production
  • Collaborating with commercial colleagues to develop creative solutions
  • Overseeing content with social, digital, and video teams to ensure consistency and quality
  • Mentoring junior production members to develop their skills and expertise

You will be responsible for contributing to multi-platform programming and projects, including live and pre-recorded shows, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for impactful radio, music, and current trends, with excellent editing, prepping, and planning skills. You will be a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver high-quality content.
