Senior Event Manager Job Description

Benson Price Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Event Manager to join their team in London. As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile, high-budget internal communication events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of large-scale internal communication events and conferences
  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Director and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Oversee the production process, including supplier liaison, content delivery, technical, logistics, and delegate management
  • Take ownership of event budgets in excess of £200k and ensure timely delivery within budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Event Manager or Senior Event Project Manager in an events agency
  • Strong track record of delivering large-scale internal communication events and conferences with budgets in excess of £200k
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
