Job Title: Senior Event Manager

Redis Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Manager to join our team. As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all Redis events, including third-party, partner, and proprietary events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage event marketing programs, third-party events, and 1st party events within the tech field.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage event-related campaigns.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance event quality and impact.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record developing and managing event marketing programs, third-party events, and 1st party events within the tech field.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Ability to travel for work domestically and internationally, estimated 30% of the time
