HR Advisor 15 Month FTC

As an HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our site's operational HR needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement site people plans to enhance performance and drive business growth
  • Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and grievances in line with company policies and procedures
  • Provide day-to-day support to managers on employee relations, development, and reward, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Drive HR projects within budget and policy guidelines, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Coordinate operational change management projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Ensure robust contract management processes, maintaining compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Foster effective communication across the site through regular coffee shop sessions and team meetings
  • Represent HR in daily Tier 2 operational meetings, providing expert guidance and support
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain accreditation, ensuring our commitment to excellence and integrity
  • Support recruitment efforts to fill vacancies, leveraging your expertise to attract top talent
Requirements:
  • Generalist HR experience covering all aspects of HR management, with a focus on employee relations and development
  • Ideally, CIPD qualified (Level 5) or working towards it, demonstrating your commitment to professional development
  • Success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with excellent relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in managing complex employee relations issues, with a keen eye for detail and a solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong communication abilities, with the ability to convey technical HR information in a clear and concise manner
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
