HR Advisor 15 Month FTC

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement site people plans to enhance performance and drive business growth
  • Manage employee relations cases, investigations, and grievances in line with company policies
  • Provide day-to-day support to managers on employee relations, development, and reward
  • Drive HR projects within budget and policy guidelines
  • Coordinate operational change management projects, including shift changes and restructures
  • Ensure robust contract management processes and uphold ethical standards
  • Support recruitment efforts to fill vacancies and foster effective communication across the site

Requirements:

  • Generalist HR experience covering all aspects of HR management
  • Ideal CIPD qualification (Level 5) or working towards it
  • Success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proficient in managing complex employee relations and HR projects
