Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Director of Regional Sales & Customer Success to spearhead and enhance our sales initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction within the European market for our Real Money Games portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Formulation and Implementation:

  • Design and execute robust sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue goals in the European market.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the new sales team to facilitate the conversion of sales initiatives and leads into formal agreements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong connections with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the gaming industry.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their requirements and ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business avenues to broaden market reach and stimulate revenue growth.
  • Assist the new sales team in negotiating and finalizing agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually advantageous outcomes.
  • Engage in industry events, trade exhibitions, and conferences to network and showcase the company's offerings.

Leadership and Team Collaboration:

  • Guide, mentor, and develop the regional professional services team and account management, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, delivery, and tech operations, to ensure aligned efforts and optimal results.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Track revenue and GGR performance metrics, preparing regular updates for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and formulate action plans to address them.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales and customer success within the casino or online gaming sector, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. An MBA is advantageous.

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of the European gaming market and its regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret sales data and market trends.

Languages: Proficiency in English is essential. Additional European languages are beneficial.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
