Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Business Strategy
- Manage the sales organization to achieve business objectives, focusing on product sales, revenue growth, margin control, and expense management.
- Establish and maintain a robust sales budget, goals, and targets, including monthly leads, sales, forecast, opportunity type, opportunity win rate, and sales pipeline coverage.
- Lead and Develop Sales Team
- Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing network of sales representatives who embody the company's core values.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance against annual targets, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers

- Drive CRM Utilization
- Ensure 100% utilization of the chosen CRM system to track, maintain, and update customer records and activities.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- HND Engineering or equivalent, with a second language an advantage.
- Proven ability to drive business strategy and develop business plans that increase market share.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of year-over-year sales growth via direct, distribution, OEM sales, etc.
- Track record of building and maintaining excellent business relationships.
- Conversant in driving and measuring essential sales KPIs.
- Excellent communication, listening, and self-awareness skills.
Travel and Location
This role requires 50% European travel and is home-based, with preference given to candidates living within 100 miles of the company's west midlands UK head office.
