European Tech Recruitment Director

Higher Group, a leading recruitment group in the Tech and Digital space, is seeking a highly experienced European Tech Recruitment Director to lead their European Tech practice. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion across Amsterdam and Germany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving business strategy, identifying new markets and locations to invest growth within. They will also be expected to lead from the front with revenue generation, focusing on developing and driving business strategy, and growing the European Tech practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive business strategy to identify new markets and locations to invest growth within.
  • Lead from the front with revenue generation, focusing on developing and driving business strategy.
  • Grow the European Tech practice, with a focus on developing and driving business strategy.

What We Offer:

  • Up to £110k base salary + guarantees + comms + overrides.
  • LTIP scheme, with route to exit by 2028.
  • Working alongside the MD, reporting directly into the Group CEO.
  • Mon and Fri WFH.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of European Tech recruitment experience - ideally contract.
  • A proven track record of successfully scaling and managing established teams - with evidence of taking people from 'x' to 'y' in terms of their performance/careers.
  • An individual who is still hands-on and isn't phased about remaining so.
