Job Opportunity: European Tech Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled European Tech Director to join our team at Higher Group. As a European Tech Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation across Amsterdam and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive business strategy: Identify the best markets and locations to invest growth within and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Hands-on leadership: Lead from the front with revenue generation and be responsible for the growth of the European Tech practice.
  • Growth and expansion: Drive growth and expansion across the group, with a focus on increasing headcount and revenue.

  • Licensing: Fully licensed to trade both contract and perm in Amsterdam and Germany.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-years European, Tech recruitment experience, ideally contract.
  • Track record: A proven track record of successfully scaling and managing established teams, with evidence of taking people from 'x' to 'y' in terms of their performance/careers.
  • Hands-on approach: An individual who is still hands-on and isn't phased about remaining so.
