**About the Role**
----------------

Higher Group, a leading recruitment firm, is seeking an experienced European Tech Director to lead our Amsterdam and Germany operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, developing business strategy, and managing a team of recruitment professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
-------------------

* Develop and execute business strategy to drive growth across Amsterdam and Germany
* Lead from the front with revenue generation, focusing on contract recruitment
* Manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
* Collaborate with the MD and Group CEO to align business strategy with company goals

**What We Offer**
------------

* Up to £110k base salary, plus guarantees, comms, and overrides
* LTIP scheme with a route to exit by 2028
* Mon and Fri WFH, with a substantial budget to invest in team growth

Higher Group is a highly impressive, 70+ strong recruitment firm spanning the Tech and Digital space. We boast an incredible 800,000+ strong database of candidates, with multiple service lines across Contingent, Embedded, Retained, and Consultancy. We are fully licensed to trade both contract and perm in Amsterdam and Germany.

**Requirements**
------------

* Minimum 5 years of European Tech recruitment experience, ideally contract
* Proven track record of successfully scaling and managing established teams
* Hands-on approach, with a willingness to remain involved in day-to-day operations
