This is an exciting opportunity to become the European MD for a leading recruitment group, with a strong track record of success in the Tech and Digital space. You will have the autonomy to develop and drive business strategy, identifying the best markets and locations to invest growth within.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive business strategy to drive growth and expansion across Amsterdam and Germany
  • Lead from the front with revenue generation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Grow and develop the European Tech practice, with a focus on 2x headcount and 3x NFI across the group

What We Offer:

  • Up to £110k base salary + guarantees + comms + overrides
  • LTIP scheme, with route to exit by 2028
  • Mon and Fri WFH

We are a highly impressive, 70+ strong recruitment group spanning across the Tech and Digital space. We boast an incredible 800,000+ strong database of candidates for you to utilise, spanning across the UK and Europe. We offer multiple different service lines across Contingent, Embedded, Retained and Consultancy, and are fully licensed to trade both contract and perm in Amsterdam and Germany.

We are looking for a minimum of 5-years European, Tech recruitment experience, ideally contract. You will need a proven track record of successfully scaling and managing established teams, with evidence of taking people from 'x' to 'y' in terms of their performance/careers. You will also need to be hands-on and not phased about remaining so.
