Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Track revenue and GGR performance metrics and prepare regular updates for senior management.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales and customer success within the casino or online gaming sector, particularly in real money games, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. An MBA is advantageous.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of the European gaming market and its regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
