Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Track revenue and GGR performance metrics and prepare regular updates for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise action plans to address them.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales and customer success within the casino or online gaming sector, particularly in real money games, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. An MBA is advantageous.

- In-depth knowledge of the European gaming market and its regulatory framework.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
