This position focuses on managing email marketing initiatives utilizing tools such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, or equivalent platforms.

As part of the customer engagement division at Direct Recruitment, you will collaborate with diverse clients and leverage various campaign management systems to execute impactful digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee the complete lifecycle of email marketing campaigns using Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools.


• Conduct data selection for target demographics, implement campaign workflows, and facilitate the setup and launch of scheduled, automated, and triggered campaigns.


• Engage with a variety of clients who may utilize different campaign management platforms, providing a dynamic role that enhances your expertise in digital marketing tools.


• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, including strategy, production, data analytics, and project management.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in email marketing management, including data selection, campaign workflow implementation, and campaign execution.


• Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Bloomreach, or similar.


• Strong interpersonal skills to interact directly with clients and foster robust relationships.
