About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our team at dunnhumby. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our customer-centric campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Campaigns: Work closely with our Media Planning, Creative, Analysis, and Production teams to ensure campaign work continues seamlessly.
  • Review Creative Assets: Verify that all creative assets related to campaigns are complete and accurate.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to our current processes to enhance our internal workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform pre- and post-production QA of campaigns to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines.
  • Brief Creation: Develop creative and production briefs and execution documents to facilitate campaign execution and measurement.
