Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to join our team. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute influencer and social marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and media, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proficient in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in campaign management, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for gaming and the gaming community, with a deep understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics.
