The Senior Marketing Campaign Executive will collaborate closely with Business Partners and stakeholders to analyze briefs and deliver intricate creative solutions that align with our marketing strategies across various regions.

Situated within our Global Headquarters, the Marketing and Communications & Digital (MCD) team provides essential support for both UK and International Knight Frank offices, aiding in the formulation and execution of pertinent strategies and marketing initiatives.

Our mission is to maximize omnichannel brand visibility that safeguards and enhances our firm's reputation while generating high-quality commercial and residential inquiries on a global scale.

Knight Frank seeks a seasoned 'Senior Marketing Campaign Executive' who will work in tandem with the Marketing Managers and the delivery team to oversee creative briefs from inception to asset delivery.

This individual will assist teams in delivering intricate creative solutions and business-as-usual assets that align with the overarching strategy. You will be accountable for ensuring that all outputs are on-brand, meticulously executed, and delivered punctually.

By partnering with the Creative Services Team regarding all resource needs and collaborating with Campaign Executives, you will identify the suitable third-party partner to execute and deliver our templated campaign creative and support the process.

Reporting to the Campaign Delivery Manager, who will be kept informed on all project developments, they are consistently seeking more efficient methods to deliver assets to the market.

Supporting Marketing Managers across various regions to execute campaigns, events, and ensure brand consistency

  • Analyze the Creative Brief and, together with the Creative Delivery Manager, determine the most suitable third-party creative supplier to guide the asset creation through production to launch.
  • Utilize the Knight Frank Digital Asset Management (DAM) system effectively to manage workflow and store assets, while promoting positive DAM governance.
  • Build and manage a project timeline/Gantt chart that outlines all activities and milestones related to the progression and delivery of a campaign.
  • Collaborate with key channel teams (digital, social, content, and events) along with PR and Internal Communications for input and execution, ensuring clear briefings to advance campaign delivery.
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring that all creative assets adhere to both brand and quality standards expected of Knight Frank.
  • Meet the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the department, consistently completing projects on time, on brand, and within budget.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all assets by collaborating with the data team to integrate UTM, campaign codes, etc., into the Power BI dashboard for future reporting.
  • Work alongside the rest of the delivery and production team to implement best practices across Campaign or business-as-usual templated delivery, ensuring that all assets are accessible for our global partners across all relevant channels.
