Hospitality Team Supervisor

Job Type: Part Time - Seasonal (Fixed End Date)

Overview:

Location: Resort Area

Hours: Full Time, 5 days per week

Compensation: £11.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Hotel Operations as the department duty manager during your shift.
  • Address guest feedback in real-time and through various communication channels.
  • Assist the Hotel Operations Assistant Manager in managing the front of house team, with several direct reports.
  • Ensure that all training for direct reports is current and comprehensive.

As necessary, you will be required to conduct hotel evacuations in line with Fire & Safety regulations, as well as perform hotel walk rounds and fire extinguisher checks during each shift. Comprehensive training will be provided, covering our hotel and company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Integrity in managing guest property.
  • Previous experience in people management.
