About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Retail and Fastrack team at Thorpe Park. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and leading a team of retail and sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail and sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Act as a role model and ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the retail and sales strategy and provide input on new initiatives and ideas.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail or sales leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
